Information we collect

We collect only what we need to deliver our free resources, programs, and communications.

You choose what to share. Some information, such as an email address for a free guide, is needed to send you what you asked for.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Deliver what you request, such as quiz results, guides, worksheets, and challenge emails
• Respond to your messages and schedule discovery calls
• Provide coaching programs, session recaps, and program materials
• Process payments and manage enrollment
• Send newsletters and offers you have opted into
• Improve our website, content, and programs
• Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do that work:

Email marketing

When you sign up for a quiz, guide, or challenge, you join our email list. We will send the resource you requested, follow-up emails, and occasional offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We may still send messages about a purchase or program you are enrolled in.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send messages about appointments, programs, and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages for us.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use it. We may also use advertising tools, such as the Meta Pixel, to measure and improve our Instagram and Facebook ads and to show ads to people who have visited our website. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work as well without them.

How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected:

• Email list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it
• Session recordings and transcripts: deleted within 90 days after your program ends, unless you ask for earlier deletion
• Client and payment records: as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes (typically 7 years)

How we protect information

We use reputable providers with industry-standard security, limit access to your information, and use secure payment processing. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is wrong
• Delete your information, unless we must keep it for legal or tax reasons
• Stop sending you marketing emails or texts.

Depending on where you live, such as California or the European Union, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, email jennifer@jennifersacksoncoaching.com. We will respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Children

Our Services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our website and emails may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business changes. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If changes are significant, we will let you know by email or a notice on the website.
