These Terms of Use govern your use of the website at jennifersacksoncoaching.com and the free resources, quizzes, email challenges, and content offered by Jennifer Sackson Coaching & Consulting, LLC doing business as Jennifer Sackson Coaching and Her Ascent Coaching (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using the website or signing up for anything on it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
If you enroll in a coaching program, your Coaching Agreement also applies. If it conflicts with these Terms, the Coaching Agreement controls.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the website or buy anything from us.
Coaching and educational disclaimer
Everything on this website, in our emails, guides, quizzes, and social media is for general educational and informational purposes only.
- Coaching is not therapy. It is not counseling, psychotherapy, or the diagnosis or treatment of any mental or physical health condition.
- It is not professional advice. Nothing we share is legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, employment-law, or human resources advice. Content about money, savings, benefits, or leaving a job is general. Talk to a qualified professional before acting on it.
- Quiz results are a starting point. They are a reflection tool, not an assessment or diagnosis.
- If you are in crisis, call 911 or contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results, including any career, financial, or personal decisions you make after using our content.
No guarantees

All content on the website and in our free and paid resources belongs to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law. That includes text, guides, worksheets, quizzes, videos, graphics, logos, The Ascent Method, and the Her Ascent name.
You may download or print free resources for your own personal use. You may not copy, share, sell, republish, or use our materials to coach, teach, or train others without our written permission.
You are welcome to share a link to our website or a post.
Using the website
When using the website, you agree not to:
- Break any law or violate anyone's rights
- Submit false information or sign up using someone else's details
- Try to hack, disrupt, or overload the website, or scrape its content
- Send spam, harassment, or harmful content through our forms or messages
If you send us comments, ideas, or feedback, we may use them to improve our work without paying you. We will not publish your name, story, or words as a testimonial without your written permission.
We may suspend access for anyone who violates these Terms.
Purchases and refunds
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Coaching programs are governed by the Coaching Agreement you accept at enrollment, including its refund and cancellation terms.
Because digital products, such as worksheets and mini courses, are delivered instantly, all sales of digital products are final unless stated otherwise on the sales page.
Text messaging terms
If you opt in to text messages from Jennifer Sackson Coaching & Consulting, you agree to receive messages about appointments, programs, and offers at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help, or contact jennifer@jennifersacksoncoaching.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

The website may link to or use third-party sites and tools, such as our course platform, scheduling tools, Zoom, Stripe, and social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
If a dispute arises, we will first try in good faith to resolve it by talking directly. Any lawsuit must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Using the website after changes are posted means you accept them.
